What does it take to work successfully as a Youtuber? 

First, it is the dedication and then it is persistence.

These two things work hand in hand. If you want to become a successful YouTuber you have to keep posting videos without caring about whether they will hit the right audience or not.

Most of the youtube videos that you will see will tell you that they have arrived at it by an accident. They didn’t know themselves but once something hits the right goal they keep working on it till it becomes massive.

Until and unless you have massive and dedicated followers who religiously watch your videos, don’t opt for longer videos instead just bifurcate them into multiple videos. Another most important thing about any videos is first six seconds. I call it Six Second Factor. According to SSF, you must engage your audience in first six seconds otherwise they will lose interest. Your biggest enemy in the world of youtube videos is the “Related Videos”. People have easy option to switch to other interesting videos immediately if they don’t like your video.

What do you need to make a great youtube video? The answer is anything that can record a good video and that can record a good audio and an editing software. Nothing matters more on the internet than a great content. People are satisfied watching a bad video and bad audio over a great content. But that does not mean that you have to intentionally make bad videos. You can become very famous overnight if you bad content is viral but trust me it won’t be long term and it won’t help you get brands. It will be shared and laughed at but still, it won’t bring any money for you.

Now most important thing. How to earn money from youtube. Youtube does not pay you money for watching videos. Why would it? Imagine paying every youtube user money for posting videos. They would have been bankrupt before it starts. Youtube has the biggest customer base, they don’t need to entice their customers to come to their portals for money. People are doing it anyways. The money comes from advertisements. When you monetize your original content, the advertisements are played on it based on your content and your viewers base, data of which they keep through trackers.

Now again how to earn massive money from youtube videos. They simple idea for it will be to do brand placements in your video. When you get a little bit of success on youtube, then brands approach you to help them promote their products and they pay you money to do that. Since you have enormous subscriber base so it helps them promote their product to a larger audience in very less time. Compare that to hiring an ad agency and making ad films, ad campaigns. The money they will pay you will be petite compared to it, but otherwise massive compared to one single video that you are making in which you nearly zero investment.
