112. Keep an account of what you are doing

Damn it. I was demotivated last night.
Everything was black in front of me and I didn't know what to do.
Then suddenly it struck to me that what if I keep a track of everything. I mean just write down every activity that I am doing. Won't I feel motivated to know how much I am doing every minute of the day?
I picked a diary and start doing work and damn it really kept me motivated.
Every week there is one day when I feel demotivated and feel that nothing will ever happen for me and that is the time when I feel everything stops working for me. I just have to lose this day and keep myself motivated all the time.
