99. Habits and Self Discipline.

The idea to start something starts with habits and to develop habits one must be disciplined. You don’t need too much self-discipline, you just need discipline enough to develop that into habits. There has been researches that have been done in various universities and according to that, it takes nearly 66 days to develop a habit. Every successful person has rituals. Yeah, let’s call it the ritual because doing great work is like doing worship. You must completely concentrate on it and you must completely believe it. Why do people have low will power? Why do people are unable to convert their will into the habit? It is the lack of motivation. It is because people sometimes want results too fast. You may have met novice bodybuilders who do exercise and immediately go to mirror to see the growth. They are working for miracles because they don’t have belief in their acts. 93. Movie review | The beauty and the beast - Ahhh the Emma !!

The only reason I watched this film was because of Emma Watson. She didn't disappoint me. How can anyone be so perfect? Though I hated the kiss in the end because the man who should kiss Emma Watson has to be a perfect guy even if it for acting purposes, except that everything was good.  The story is simple, something which we have we have read and seen before. The good thing is that the Director and Writer have remained mostly true to the original story. The only thing that bothered me while watching the film were too long musical songs. There is a song on Gaston, the antagonist, where his best friend his praising him to lift his spirits and it kind of gets too long after a while. It was entertaining in the beginning but drags after a while. I loved the character of Gaston, played by Luke Evans marvelously, and provides the very much required comic relief in the otherwise heavily romantic film.
