You have a choice. You always have a choice. When someone says they don’t have a choice then they are lying. They think they don't have a choice because they don’t want to choose the other side but still they have the choice. You chose whether you want to live a peaceful calm life at a hill station or you want a life that is full of noise and people bustling around you with fame and glamor. Both choices are equally right. When you are fat and you want to become thin, it is a tough choice you make because most people create the reason why they want to remain in the same condition of misery as they were earlier. Every superhero gets a choice about what he wants to do. According to me, superhero is a superhero because when he is given a choice he takes a decision, he makes a choice. It is difficult to make a choice and it is difficult to make a decision.

One of my friends works as an assistant art director in ad films. He recently got an ad film to produce. He offered me the direction part but I was unable to do it because I was suffering from chicken pox. He was confused and it was his first time that he was trying to do something independently. After a week, he yielded and his excitement was gone. He was unable to take decisions. He called me every day and he was telling me all the problems he was facing with the locations, director, client, and concepts. He couldn’t handle all those things. At that time, he told me something which he really felt. He used to curse all those ad film producers and directors to take so much time for taking one simple decision and he was unable to take even one decision. I told him that those producers are paid so much money for handling all these things only. They might not be doing too much hard work physically but mentally they are fucked like hell and unlike my friend they have no one to complain too. Rich people are paid for how much they control their mind.

The most difficult thing in this world is not to win the boxing championship, people can practice enough to do that. The most important thing in this world is to take the godddamn decisions because enough amount of preparation can prepare you for boxing championship but nothing can prepare you for taking the right decisions. As you will climb the ladders of success, the decision making will only get complex and worse and the problems will always be unique. Making the decision is equivalent to taking the risk, you don’t know whether it is going to be right or wrong. All you know about it that instead of sitting at one corner and regretting sulking whole life for not moving ahead, it is better that a decision gets made. No one knows what the outcome to be, so don't worry as they will never know the opposite side. The bigger the decision, the bigger its chance of going wrong and bigger the consequences and criticisms, and that's what scares most people. But what if it turns out to be right. What if? The decision makers should always concentrate on the right aspect of decisions otherwise, he will be too scared to make the decision. That is where positivity comes into light. You need to be positive to make the right decisions. What you fear will always come true. Fear is your worst friend who loves you from than anything else and whenever you call him he will come. The strength of mind and courage are best friends, but they have too much attitude, they will come to you but only after a particular time. Wait for the right friend because he will only help you. Take the decisions with a good state of mind and see the magic.
